Selena Quintanilla-Pérez
April 17, 2011Selena Quintanilla-Pérez atau dikenal sebagai selena merupakan anak dari pasangan Marcela dan Abraham Quintanilla. Selena lahir pada tanggal 16 April 1971, dia merupakan anak ke-tiga setelah Suzzette dan Abraham Junior III. Pada usia 8 tahun, selena bekerja sebagai penyanyi di bar, perkawinan, restoran dsb. band yang mengiringinya diberi nama "Selena Y Los Dinos" yang beranggotakan ayah dan kakaknya. kakak perempuannya, suzzette bermain drum dan kakak laki-lakinya Abraham bermain Bass.
selena menikah dengan Chris Perez pada tanggal 2 April 1992. selena meninggal pada usia 23tahun karena dibunuh (ditembak) oleh Yolanda Saldivar yang merupakan ketua dari fans club-nya pada tanggal 12 April 1995
